When you’re ready to see one in person, schedule a showing for as many homes as you like either by using the schedule showing button or by contacting your assigned agent directly.
Your agent will write up the contract and send it to you for signatures. You can review all documents in the offer before signing them if you like.
At this time you will need to do all inspections you want to do on the property. This includes both paid inspectors and also things like walking the neighborhood, talking to neighbors, visiting the area at different times of day, etc.
When you are finished with all inspections you would like to complete, you submit a notice to the seller either accepting the property, cancelling the contract, or giving them an opportunity to correct problems you may have found.
