Is Just 3K a broker?

Just 3K is a listing platform that displays homes for sale by owners and those listed by agents. We are brokered by RCP Real Estate in our representation of clients.

Can I choose which services work best for my home sale?

Yes, you are not required to use our signs or lockboxes if you do not want to, but it does not affect the price in any way.
